These terms apply when you use yar.af or order from Yar. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy policy.
You order and pay online; our team in Afghanistan prepares and delivers the order to the recipient you choose, and sends you a photo of the delivery. We also sell mobile top-ups for Afghan phone numbers.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Give us correct recipient details: we cannot be responsible for delays caused by a wrong phone number or address.
Prices are shown in USD or EUR and include the items. The delivery fee is shown separately before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, by card (Stripe) or HesabPay.
Product photos show a typical package. If an item is not available in Afghanistan on the day, we may replace it with one of the same type and equal or higher value.
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates. Same-day delivery in Kabul is only possible for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. We try to reach the recipient at least twice; if they cannot be reached, we contact you before refunding.
You can cancel for free until we start preparing your order. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Mobile top-ups cannot be refunded once the credit has been sent to the number.
Monthly packages can be paused, changed or cancelled any time from your account, before the next billing date.
Anyone with an account can ask to start a fundraiser. Yar checks each one before it goes live and may ask for proof. Organisers must tell the truth about who the money is for and use it as described.
Yar collects donations, keeps the fee shown on the fundraiser (5% by default) to cover payment costs, and pays the rest to the organiser. Yar is not a registered charity and donations are not tax-deductible unless the organiser says otherwise.
Yar may close a fundraiser, hold payouts or refund donors if we believe it is misleading, unlawful or not used as described.
Do not use Yar for anything unlawful, to send items to someone against their wishes, or to try to break or misuse the site. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms, with a full refund.
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered with reasonable care. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as road closures, security situations, or problems with phone networks. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; orders follow the terms in force when they were placed.
