Step 1: Choose what to send

Start with the person, not the product. A mother may value a family food package more than flowers, while a younger sister may be happier with a cake on her birthday. Step 2: Add the recipient's details

You will need the recipient's name, a phone number in Afghanistan and an address or clear directions. Addresses are often described by landmarks, so add anything that helps the courier find the house. The courier calls before arriving, which is why a working phone number matters most.

• Write the name the family actually uses at home.
• Double-check the phone number before you continue.
• Mention the province, the district and the area of the city.
• Add a landmark such as a mosque, school, shop or street name.
• Choose the surprise option if the gift should stay secret until the door.

Step 3: Add a message and pay

Every order can include a free handwritten card in Dari, Pashto or English. A few warm lines often mean as much as the gift itself. Step 4: Follow the delivery

In Kabul, orders placed before 2 PM Kabul time can arrive the same day, before 6 PM; later orders go out the next day. Other provinces take a few days depending on distance. At the door the courier photographs the handover, the recipient confirms, and you receive the photo by WhatsApp or email and on your order page.

If something goes wrong

If Yar cannot deliver, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. If the recipient cannot be reached after two attempts, Yar calls you before refunding, so you have a chance to correct a number or an address.
