Kabul and the provinces
In Kabul, orders placed before 2 PM Kabul time can arrive the same day, before 6 PM; later orders are delivered the next day. In other provinces, delivery takes a few days depending on distance. Cities on main routes are usually quicker to reach than remote districts. For important dates, it is wise to order with a few days to spare.
What stays the same everywhere
Distance changes the timing, not the care. Every order, in every province, follows the same steps:
- The courier calls the recipient before arriving.
- The handover is photographed at the door and the recipient confirms.
- You receive the photo by WhatsApp or email and on your order page.
- You can follow progress on the tracking page without logging in.
- If delivery is not possible, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Local shops closer to your family
Many gifts do not need to travel far at all. Local Afghan shops can sell on Yar, and couriers pick up orders directly from the shop. Yar reviews every shop and every product before it appears. Help when you need it
Delivering in remote areas sometimes raises questions: is a district reachable this week, is the address clear enough, can the courier reach a relative's shop instead of the house? WhatsApp support is available from 8 AM to 10 PM Kabul time, and it is always better to ask before ordering than to guess. If the recipient cannot be reached after two attempts, Yar calls you before refunding, so you can suggest another number or a different place to meet.
