Ordering From Dewa Biryani From Abroad: Your Questions Answered

Can I order from Dewa Biryani on the Yar website?
Not directly yet. Dewa Biryani does not have its own shop on Yar, so you will not find it in the cart. You order by messaging Yar on WhatsApp, and the team arranges everything. The WhatsApp button is on the help page.
How do I know the price?
The team asks the restaurant and sends you one total in US dollars or euros, including the food, Yar's service and delivery. You pay nothing until you have seen and accepted that total.
How do I pay from abroad?
By Visa or Mastercard, AfPay or HesabPay, all through HesabPay's secure page, or by bank transfer or hawala arranged on WhatsApp.
Can it arrive at a specific time?
Tell us the time the family wants to eat and we plan collection around it. Very exact times cannot always be promised, especially on busy days, so we will tell you honestly what is realistic before you pay.
Can I add something else, like sweets or a cake?
Yes. Products from the Yar shop, such as dry fruit and sweets or cakes and flowers, can usually go in the same delivery. Mention them in your message.
What if the family is not home?
The courier calls the recipient before arriving. If they cannot be reached, we contact you before doing anything else. If the order cannot be delivered at all, you get a full refund.
Can I keep it a surprise?
Yes. Tell us, and the courier will only check that someone is home without saying what is coming. You can also ask to stay anonymous.
